"100 Day" Hassle Free Returns
We guarantee a 100 day ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. We understand that buying personal protective equipment and safety clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return the items bought online within 100 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred (Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges).
All refunds will be issued when the goods have arrived back to the MSA Safety Shop Australia warehouse and inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
How do I return products to MSA Safety Shop Australia?
Contact MSA Safety Shop Australia customer service on 1300 386 263 or via email at email@example.com. You will be asked to nominate for a credit vs return vs exchange. The return postage is your responsibility. We obviously ask that the item has not been used, worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the item when returning it. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact customer service on 1300 386 263 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will take care of the rest for you.
Please note evidence of damage will be required ie. Photographs. MSA Safety Shop Australia is responsible for shipping charges for rectification of faulty or damaged goods.
